    Introduction

    How to use Oleon Workspace, and how to reach it from your own assistant.

    Oleon Workspace runs your customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, along with the orders, catalog, templates and Scout bots around them.

    These pages are in two halves. The guide is how to use the app. The MCP server is how to point your own AI assistant at what is in it.

    Start with How it works. Four words explain most of the app: an enterprise holds organizations, an organization holds projects, and a project runs a product. Every address in the app is those four in order.

    Then Create a project, which is the only setup with more than one step in it.

    Connecting an assistant

    The MCP server lets the assistant you already use read your conversations, orders, templates and bots, with exactly the access you have in the app. Point it at one address, approve the connection once, and ask.

    It is the supported way to reach your workspace from outside the app. Other interfaces are not documented yet, and are not covered by these pages.

    Every tool call runs with your permissions, message text is redacted unless the assistant asks for it on a specific call, and every connection can be removed from Connections in your profile. Privacy and redaction has the detail.
