Omnichannel CRM

One customer, however they got in touch.

Omnichannel is usually sold as a count of logos. The part that matters is narrower and harder: the same customer messaging you on two channels should be one person in your records, not two.

The contact is the record, not the channel.

History, labels and ownership hang off the person. A customer who moves from Instagram to WhatsApp mid-purchase does not become a new lead.

Channels are added by wizard.

Each one has its own connection flow, its own owner, and a live status. You are told when a connection is degrading rather than discovering it from a customer.

It is the inbox, not a sync.

Conversations happen here rather than being copied here on a delay from somewhere else. There is no reconciliation step and no window in which the two disagree.

Questions

Before you ask.

The ones we hear most about Omnichannel CRM. If yours is not here, the answer is a message away.

Is this a replacement for Salesforce or HubSpot?

No. This is where the conversation happens and where it is recorded. A sales CRM is where a pipeline is managed, and plenty of teams run both.

What counts as a channel?

WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp Web numbers, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and web chat.

Can different teams own different channels?

Yes. Channel ownership is explicit.

It starts with one conversation.

Bring the channels you already answer on into one place, and see what the rest of the week looks like.
