OleonAPI and MCP

The workspace is one client. Your systems are another. The API is the same set of operations the interface calls, and the MCP server hands those operations to an AI client without a second permission model to get wrong.
MCP
Connected in three steps.
No keys to copy. No config to write.
Add one address.
In Claude, Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Oleon and paste the address.
Approve it in the browser.
Sign in, check it is the right account, press Connect. Your client holds the credential; there is nothing to paste back.
Ask in plain words.
The assistant finds the right tool itself. Name the project and it goes straight to the answer.
Permissions
It sees what you see.
And nothing more.
Every tool goes through the same checks the workspace uses, as the person who connected it. Message text stays redacted until it is asked for, and every call is logged.

How do we authenticate?
With a project key, created in the workspace and shown once. Keys are stored so that nothing can read them back, including us.
Is there a rate limit?
Yes, and it is per key. If you need a higher one for a bulk import, ask rather than working around it.
