How billing works
Nine lines, and you have seen all of them.
Every charge that can appear on a bill is one of these, including the one that arrives from Meta rather than from us. Nothing waits until the second invoice to introduce itself.

The free trial
Every service starts with 7 days free. Set the project up, enter the trial code for the product you are on, and the week is yours with an allowance to spend. It takes no card, and nothing is charged when it ends.

The subscription
Chat, Connect and Scout are subscribed to separately, per project, and charged monthly. Take the ones you need. There is no one-time fee on any of them, and nothing to pay to get set up.

Your first month
Connect and Scout are Rs 6,000 for the first billing month and Rs 15,000 a month after it. The lower price applies once, to the first month of a new subscription, and the second invoice is the standing one.

The included allowance
Each subscription covers a month's work before anything is added to it: 5,000 users and 250,000 messages on Connect and Scout; 3,000 users and 105,000 messages on Chat. It resets on your billing date, and the Rs 6,000 first month includes the same allowance as any other.

What you use beyond it
Nothing stops when the allowance runs out. A user past the 5,000 is Rs 3 on Connect and Scout, charged on the month you used it in. Chat's overage rates are announced with its price.

The controller seats
Every service includes three seats. A seat is a person working the inbox, added when a shift grows and removed when it shrinks. Further seats are Rs 2,500 each on Connect and Scout, and on Chat at a rate announced with its price.

Changes to your data
One dynamic-data change of up to 2,000 characters is free every two weeks. Anything longer, or more often than that, starts at Rs 15,000 per update.

Tax
Every price on this page is before tax. Value-added tax, goods and services tax and any other tax that applies are calculated on top at the rates Sri Lankan law sets on the day you are invoiced, and each appears as its own line on the invoice. If a rate changes, your invoice changes with it.

What Meta bills you
WhatsApp template messages, and replies sent outside Meta's 24-hour customer window, are charged by Meta directly, at roughly Rs 3.60 to Rs 24.00 a message depending on how it is classified. From 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for service messages, the ordinary replies inside that window, once a number passes the monthly allowance Meta gives it: Rs 0.60 each in Sri Lanka. That invoice comes from them, and those rates are theirs to change.

Do I have to buy all three services?
No. Connect is what puts your channels into one inbox, Scout adds the automation on top, and Chat is the shared inbox with AI drafting the replies. Each is subscribed to separately, per project.
How does the free trial work?
Every service starts with 7 days free. You create the project, enter the trial code for the product it is on, and the week runs from there with an allowance to spend. It takes no card. When it ends nothing is charged, the agent stops answering, and your project, conversations and history stay exactly where they are. One trial per account and one per project.
Why are Connect and Scout the same price?
Because the choice between them is what your desk needs, not what you can afford. Connect brings every channel into one inbox. Scout does that and automates the repetitive half. Pricing the simpler one lower made it look like the version you settle for, which is not what it is.
What does the Rs 6,000 first month cover?
The whole first billing month of a new Connect or Scout subscription, with the same allowance any other month carries: 5,000 users and 250,000 messages. It applies once. The second invoice is Rs 15,000, and so is every one after it.
When will Chat be priced?
Soon, and it is being announced rather than quietly published. Chat's terms are being reset, so there is no figure on this page for it: a price we are about to change is worse than no price at all. Everything on this page about what Chat does still stands, and the 7-day trial is open on it today.
Do these prices include tax?
No. Every figure on this page is before tax. Value-added tax, goods and services tax and anything else that applies are added on top at the rates Sri Lankan law sets on the day the invoice is raised, and each is shown as its own line so you can see what went to us and what went to the state. If a rate changes, the invoice changes with it.
How am I billed?
Monthly, per project, in Sri Lankan rupees. There is no one-time fee on any service and nothing to pay to set one up. If you subscribe part-way through a billing month the first invoice is queued to the end of it, so you are not charged twice for the same weeks.
Is there an annual plan?
Not today. Everything is billed monthly and there is no annual discount, which is why there is no yearly toggle on this page. If a longer commitment is what your finance team needs, ask and we will price one.
What is a controller seat?
A person working the inbox. Every service includes three. Further seats are Rs 2,500 each on Connect and Scout; on Chat the rate is announced with its price.
What counts as a user on Connect and Scout?
Someone you exchange messages with. The subscription covers 5,000 of them and 250,000 messages between you, which works out at 50 messages each; past that it is Rs 3 for every additional user.
What happens if we go over the allowance?
Nothing stops. Extra users on Connect and Scout are Rs 3 each and they appear on that month's invoice. If it happens three months running, ask us to size a plan to it instead. Chat's overage rates are announced with its price.
Does Oleon charge me for the messages themselves?
No, Meta does, and it invoices you rather than us. Templates and replies sent outside Meta's 24-hour customer window are billed at roughly Rs 3.60 to Rs 24.00 a message depending on how Meta classifies it. From 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for service messages, which are the ordinary replies you send inside that window, once a number passes the monthly allowance Meta gives it: Rs 0.60 a message in Sri Lanka. Answering someone who came from a click-to-WhatsApp advert stays free for longer. Because Meta bills you, you need a payment method on file with Meta: without one, delivery stops once the allowance is used. Those rates are Meta's and can change.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, per service, from the project's own billing screen, and it takes effect on your next billing date. Nothing you have already sent, drawn or recorded is affected.
What happens to my conversations if I leave?
You export them. History belongs to your business rather than to the plan you were on, and it is exportable for as long as the project is open.
Worth knowing
- All prices shown are in LKR and exclude value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and other applicable taxes. Tax is applied at the rates in force under Sri Lankan law at the time of invoicing and is shown separately on your invoice.
- The Rs 6,000 first month applies once, to the first billing month of a new Connect or Scout subscription on a project. It is not a trial and it is not a recurring rate: the second invoice, and every invoice after it, is Rs 15,000.
- The free trial runs for 7 days and is started with a code in the project setup screen. One per account and one per project, with an allowance and a team size set by the code, and nothing is charged when it ends.
- Chat's price has not been announced. What is on this page about Chat is what it does, not what it costs, and nothing here is a quote.
- Pricing is confirmed when the agreement is signed. After that it can move with the contract period, with the market, or with a change of policy at one of the channel providers.
- Anything built for you after signing, such as an extra feature, an integration or custom development, is quoted separately before the work starts.
