Does this change what our customers receive?
They receive the same image. What changes is that it is not uploaded, compressed and sent from scratch every time.
Will our existing quick reply images move into it?
Whether existing images are imported automatically is one of the decisions still open. The recommendation is not to, because a gallery filled with everything is a gallery nobody uses.
Is one project's gallery visible to another?
No. Images are matched and stored inside one project.
