Which gateways does it support?
Dialog, Hutch and Text.lk today, and many more. Many local providers run on the same system under different names, so one setup often covers several of them.
Do you charge per SMS?
The plan is not to. You pay your gateway for the messages. Whether SMS is included in every plan is one of the decisions still open.
Can it read replies?
Only where the gateway offers inbound messages, and not every local one does. Where a provider gives no delivery report, the product says so rather than reporting a success it did not receive.
