What does a campaign cost?

The channel charges for messages it sends on your behalf, at that provider's rates, and those are billed at their rates rather than ours. What Oleon charges is on the pricing page.

Can we message people who never wrote to us?

Only with an approved template, and only where you have the consent the channel requires. The rules here are the provider's and we do not have a way around them.

Where do the contacts come from?

Import them, or use people who have already written to you. Both end up in the same contact list.
