Customer success

Beta

The sale is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.

Winning a customer is the cheap part. Most businesses lose them quietly, months later, and find out at renewal. This is the part of the product that notices first.

In beta. Not every part described here is switched on yet, so read it as what it will do.

After the sale

It notices first.
The work that keeps a customer.

Onboarding that starts itself.

A won deal starts a plan from your template, once, with owners and dates on every milestone. Editing the template never rewrites a plan already running.

A bad answer opens a task.

Not a chart for later. And nobody is asked twice, because every survey has a limit.

Renewals before they are due.

Work appears at the points you choose, once a cycle. Move the date and the reminders move with it.

Account health

A score that shows its working.
Not a guess from a black box.

Every input sits beside the score, and the rules are yours to edit. What is missing reads as unknown, not as zero: a quiet customer is not a lost one.

Questions

Before you ask.

The ones we hear most about Customer success. If yours is not here, the answer is a message away.

How is a ticket different from a conversation?

A conversation is what was said. A ticket is the thing that has to be resolved, with a clock on it. One customer can have several conversations against one ticket.

Does our platform support access open our customers' tickets?

No. These are your customers, in your project, and the access that opens them is your own. Our staff permissions do not reach them.

Will it predict who is about to leave?

Not at first, and not before the rules are shown to be right. It starts with editable rules and visible inputs, and the outcomes are tracked before anything claims to predict.

It starts with one conversation.

Bring the channels you already answer on into one place, and see what the rest of the week looks like.
