Oleon Workspace is the full name of the product; Oleon is the short one. It is one workspace for the channels a business already answers customers on, the people behind those messages, and the selling, booking and record keeping around them.

Customer messages tend to end up scattered across several apps on one person's phone. Oleon puts them in one place and makes it clear who is answering each customer. It answers questions outside working hours, keeps a customer's history together when they move between channels, and lets replies to a campaign land where the team is already looking.
Businesses whose customers write to them on WhatsApp and other messaging apps, from a single owner answering on their phone to a support or sales team sharing one inbox. It is built for retail and e-commerce, finance, insurance, education, healthcare, travel, real estate and logistics, and it reads and writes Sinhala, Tamil and English, including Singlish.
The Oleon AI agent answers customers from the business's own knowledge: prices, delivery areas, opening hours and whatever else it is taught. It keeps the context of the conversation, looks things up such as an order's status while the customer waits, flags replies it is unsure of for a person to check, and hands the conversation to a person when a question needs one.
Scout is the other half: chatbot flows drawn like a diagram, with menus, questions, products, forms and handover, and no code. The AI runs on the business's own OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter key, every tool the agent calls is logged, and an MCP server and API let other systems and AI clients work with the workspace under the same permissions as staff.
